This day long training is progressive, experiential and intended to produce results that question the status quo.
As individuals come to acknowledge their unconscious tendencies, the horses provide opportunities to measure real time shifts in behavior. Clarity about how the team processes stress, confrontation and success is the expected outcome. Come ready to take yourself on and leave with indisputable change
The Process
Training takes place at our Equestrian facility with our crack team of horses. A follow up session is scheduled approximately 1 week after and can take place in person or remotely.
